Contenidos
With hundreds of thousands of copies sold around the world, at last a weekly guide to pregnancy and childbirth with a natural perspective! For generations, childbirth and pregnancy have been treated as medical conditions and not what they are: normal biological processes.Today, thanks to the millions of women who are taking charge of their lives from a natural perspective, I have been reading books for generations.
I didn’t read many books in my pregnancy, but the truth is that I didn’t need to since this was my month-by-month guide to what to expect, not only in terms of symptoms and changes in my body, but also routine tests and procedures at each stage. I like to think of it as the “What to expect when you are expecting” of the Millenials, but I haven’t read that other book and I would be making it up.it has recipes and many tips on how to have a 100% natural pregnancy and I think this book was one of the most important books I read during my pregnancy.

I could not recommend it more highly. To this day, I review her statements and birthing tips every day. A few days away from my delivery, I can say that this book really gave me a lot of light and hope along the way. I highly recommend it for all those women who are pregnant or planning to have children.

Book Description Condition: New. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are wonderful stages, but full of doubts about diet. Does food influence my fertility or that of my partner? Is it advisable to resort to vitamins, minerals, medicinal plants, food supplements or drugs? How many calories should I take? How much water should I drink? Are nausea or other typical discomforts of pregnancy a symptom of danger? What is gaining too much (or too little) weight during pregnancy? How do I regain my figure after childbirth? Can I be a vegetarian? Is breastfeeding nutrition an inextricable issue? What is (really) a healthy diet? Julio Basulto addresses these and many other concerns, to help the reader to form a criterion for choosing and deciding. This book does not propose a prodigious diet thanks to which we will have an extraordinary baby, recover quickly after an easy and painless delivery, and produce abundant and nutritious breast milk. On the contrary, it will make us question many of our eating habits, something absolutely necessary not only for the health of the mother and child, but also for that of the whole family.
